Fun Fitness in the fresh air!
Beachside Personal Fitness is located on Sydney's beautiful northern beaches and currently has training groups at Palm and Bilgola beaches. We offer group and personal training to cater to all fitness levels and needs. Our philosophy is that health and fitness must be a part of your everyday life, not a chore, so give us a try and see how exercise can be fun and effective.

All fitness levels welcome at all sessions. You don't have to be fit to start, come along and we'll work on your fitness or event goals! the 6am sessions meet at a different beach each time and the full list for the term is below in the timetable. Choose the beach or beaches that suit you best.

Please book in for all kayak sessions by text or email is fine.
Meet at Barrenjoey Boathouse at Palm Beach. BYO Kayak or hire for small fee.
Tuesday 9:30am - 10:30am
'IndoorFit'
Term 2, 2012 starts back April 24.
Limit of 4 per session for 'IndoorFit'- so make your own group of friends if you like!
'IndoorFit' - Treadmill, weights, rowing machine, bike, fitball, Bosu, hand weights, medicine ball, boxing - lots of variety.
Tuesday 11:30am - 12.30pm
'BeachFit'
Term 2, 2012 starts back April 24.
Various beaches (Palm, Whale, Bilgola Beaches)
This sessions includes, sand running, stairs, hills, weights, balls, kettlebells.....lots of toys. A good cardio & weight workout.
Bring water & towel, wear good runners.
Thursday 9:30am - 10:30am
'IndoorFit'
Term 2, 2012 starts back April 26.
Wear good runners + bring towel and a drink.
Limit 4 per session. Indoor private gym with Treadmill, Rower, Weights Machine, Ab Machine, Vibration Machine, Fit ball, Medicine Ball, Boxing, weights etc. Lots of variation - great cardio + strength session.
Thursday 11:30am - 12:30am
'Stand-Up PaddleFit'
Term 2, 2012 starts back April 26.
Wear cossie & rashie and meet at Barrenjoey Boathouse.
Please book in for all stand-up paddle sessions by text or email is fine.
Meet at Barrenjoey Boathouse at Palm Beach. BYO Stand-Up Paddle Board or hire from the boatshed for a small fee.
Friday 'Walk for your Lunch'

Wear good runners & bring a drink of water & lunch money
Once a month we will meet at a pre-set meeting point, walk for about an hour to a beautiful lunch spot, have a yummy lunch and a chat, then walk back in time to pick up kids!
It is really important to make a little time for yourself, just once a month, our first walk will be just before the rush of the school holidays and the second will be at the end of July to re-energise after the school holidays. We can start anywhere so if you have a cafe you would like to try, send me an email and I'll work out the walk.

Avalon School crossing to Church Point Cafe & return. Meet at Cnr Sanders Lane & Old Barrenjoey Rd, Avalon @ 11:00am for a great walk around the edge of Pittwater, lunch at Church Point Cafe then walk lunch off back to Av School. All Welcome!

The easiest way to enjoy your training and achieve your goals is to have an event to train for. Whether you like running, walking, kayaking, cycling, whatever.... we have an event you will love. An added bonus is most of the events we take part in are charity events so you help someone else whilst helping yourself get fit, strong and healthy! what a bonus!!!
