Fun Fitness in the fresh air!
Beachside Personal Fitness is located on Sydney's beautiful northern beaches and currently has training groups at Palm and Bilgola beaches. We offer group and personal training to cater to all fitness levels and needs. Our philosophy is that health and fitness must be a part of your everyday life, not a chore, so give us a try and see how exercise can be fun and effective.

All fitness levels welcome at all sessions. You don't have to be fit to start, come along and we'll work on your fitness or event goals! the 6am sessions meet at a different beach each time and the full list for the term is below in the timetable. Choose the beach or beaches that suit you best.

DON'T FORGET OUR 'Challenge Yourself' programs to get ready for a great charity event!
6 & 8 week programs based on your choice of event. Simply go to up-coming events page, choose the event you would like to personally challenge yourself for, get a couple of friends and sign up for a 6 or 8 week program (depending on event) we will train you to complete, enjoy and achieve whatever event you choose.

Meet at Kiddies corner, Palm Beach for Medicine ball / fitball / weights / interval strength training plus cardio, stretch & swim.
The easiest way to enjoy your training and achieve your goals is to have an event to train for. Whether you like running, walking, kayaking, cycling, whatever.... we have an event you will love. An added bonus is most of the events we take part in are charity events so you help someone else whilst helping yourself get fit, strong and healthy! what a bonus!!!
