Group Outdoor & Beach Fitness Sessions

Fun Fitness in the fresh air!  

Beachside Personal Fitness is located on Sydney's beautiful northern beaches and currently has training groups at Palm, Whale  and Bilgola beaches.  We offer group and personal training to cater to all fitness levels and needs.  Our philosophy is that health and fitness must be a part of your everyday life, not a chore, so give us a try and see how exercise can be fun and effective.

All fitness levels welcome at all sessions. You don't have to be fit to start, come along and we'll work on your fitness or event goals!

  

There is no limit to your potential - just give it a go, it makes you feel great!!

Term 2 already and winter is sneaking up on us very quickly. Be prepared for spring to arrive this year. Reach your fitness or weight loss goals by registering for a charity event with friends or family and having a specific goal to shoot for. Choose an event, trip away or simply fun fitness and join our training sessions this term! There is a form of exercise to suit everyone - let me help you find your fitness inspiration.

March, April & May - Sydney Trail Running Series, Bobbin Head

Mothers Day Classic - family 4km or 8km event on Mothers Day

Sept - Triathlon Pink, fun, easy triathlon

April 2015 - Hike Queen Charlotte Pass, New Zealand

  

  

Monday 9:00am - 10:30am 'KayakFit' and 'SUPFit' (alternate weeks)

Please book in for all kayak & SUP sessions by text or email is fine.

Meet at Barrenjoey Boathouse at Palm Beach.  BYO Kayak or SUP or hire for small fee.  

An amazing way to get your exercise and enjoy out beautiful environment.  A good paddle, stop at a beach for some exercises then paddle back. Love this session!

   

Tuesday 9:00am - 10:00am

'IndoorFit' (full sorry!)

Term 2,  2015

Limit of 6 per session for 'IndoorFit'- so make your own group of friends if you like!  

'IndoorFit' - Treadmill, weights, rowing machine, bike, fitball, Bosu, hand weights, medicine ball, boxing - lots of variation, great cardio and strength session.

  

 Friday 8:30am - 9:30am

'BeachFit'

Term 2, 2015

Wear good runners + bring towel and a drink.

This is a fun workout which will incorporate, sand, hills, stairs, kettlebells, weights, medicine ball - circuit, cardio & weights.

Suitable for all fitness levels.  Held at a different beach each week.

  

  

Friday 'Walk for your lunch'

These walks are open to everyone, in fact the more the better.

Each Friday we will have a 1 hour walk, followed by a quick lunch and a 1 hour walk back.  A great excuse to get out in winter, meet some great like minded ladies, have a yummy lunch and a good walk. $10 per session.  I will text each Thursday with start point and lunch spot, just text back if you can make it.

You can do all or part of the walk, no pressure.

The easiest way to enjoy your training and achieve your goals is to have an event to train for.  Whether you like running, walking, kayaking, cycling, whatever.... we have an event you will love. An added bonus is most of the events we take part in are charity events so you help someone else whilst helping yourself get fit, strong and healthy!  what a bonus!!!

Make your own group  

If you have a group of friends or family and would like to train as a group,  contact us and we will organise your own group at your chosen time, day and location!

  

We can also train your sporting team, train you up for a special event like City to Surf or Corporate Triathlon - whatever your fitness needs we can accommodate.

  

 

 

One-on-one Training

If you prefer one-on-one personal training we are happy to organise a time and location to suit - all ages and fitness levels catered for.

  

Private Outdoor Groups

Get a group of friends together for a private group outdoor fitness training session.  Please call to discuss.

  

Private Gym groups

Small groups of 4 can also be catered for in a private gym environment.  Please call to discuss.

Wild Women on Top - 55km Coastrek from Palm Beach to Balmoral or 55km from Coogee to Balmoral for Fred Hallows Foundation - Friday 6 March, 2015

  

Trek in the beautiful wilderness of the south island of New Zealand. The Queen Charlotte Pass.  4 days hiking with great accommodation & food at the end of each day and on the 5th day - kayak on Marlbourough Sound. This is a 75km hike over 4 days. Let me know your interest.

  

4 day seakayak /  camp around Hinchinbrook Island - North Queensland.

  

6 day wilderness trek in Tasmania. To the summit of Cradle Mountain through Strahan & Lake St Clair with a cruise on the Gordon River.
