I joined Tina and the group whilst I was pregnant and she modified all the exercises for me as I also suffered from high blood pressure. Thanks to Tina I fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes much faster than I ever thought I would. Now I am a committed three days a week trainer - I love it and feel great!

There is just something really refreshing about exercising outside! It's such a terrific start to the day. We love that we are encouraged and pushed in a positive, non-intimidating environment. Tina is great and always on hand to answer any questions we may have. We leave each training session with a real sense of achievement! It not only feels good for the body, it's good for the soul!

I joined the walking group about a year ago and was suprised what a serious workout walking was! I now enjoy hard bushwalks and mountain treks, which I never would have done before. The fun social side keeps me motivated also.

Hi Tina, just wanted to say kayaking on Wednesday morning at Palm Beach is a perfect addition to my weekly activities. It is really enjoyable to be able to actually exercise with my 2 year old son........we talk about boats, lighthouses and fish.....thanks from both of us.
